ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (INP): Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed on Tuesday came out with two divergent statements over the passage of 21st Constitutional Amendment allowing establishment of military courts. Rasheed MNA from Rawalpindi has congratulated Pakistani military over passage of 21st constitution amendment but at the same breath strongly criticized the incumbent government by saying that military courts were the biggest weapons of martial Talking to media persons here on Tuesday, Sheikh Rasheed said that the Pakistan Army has always stood firm in critical times and natural disasters like floods, earthquakes and in ongoing circumstances it has bravely accepted a prominent responsibility and hopefully it will complete every given task. However, contrary to his statement he strongly criticized the sitting government by saying that military courts were the biggest weapons of martial law in the country.
